Delivery Information

1. What are your standard delivery charges?

For most of the UK*, spend £27.50 or more with products weighing under a total of 15 kg and we'll deliver it to you, absolutely FREE - Saving you up to £4.96!

Upgrade to an optional DPD “Predict" delivery*/** - £7.95

Should you spend less than £27.50 (our minimum order is £9.00!):

£4.25 via Yodel or £4.96 FedEx for a 2- 5 day economy service

2. What are your delivery times?

We understand that getting your items to you quickly is really important, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

You can expect to receive your parcel the day after dispatch but delivery can take up to two working days. This is usually 2-7 days after ordering.

3. Can I speed up my shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time, no Priority shipment methods are available, however we intend to introduce this service as soon as possible, so please check back again soon.

4. *Where in the UK can you deliver to?

We'll deliver to your home or work address, whatever's easiest for you. However, should you have the privilege to live in one of the following postcode sectors, a fixed rate of £8.99 applies and shipments can take between 2-7 days after ordering.

5. **DPD Predict

Should you opt for the DPD Predict service, DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery window, which can be notified by email or SMS, so you don't have to wait in all day! To select this service, simply choose DPD Predict Delivery at the checkout and ensure a mobile number and/or email address is added to your delivery information details.

6. Can you deliver frozen food

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to supply frozen food, however we intend to introduce this service as soon as possible, so please check back again soon.

7. What if I enter the wrong address?

If you accidentally place your order with the wrong shipping address, please call the TrumPetShop Customer Services team on 020 3874 0720 or email us at customerservices@trumpetshop.co.uk.

8. How can I track my delivery?

To track you delivery, visit http://www.yodel.co.uk/track/ , http://www.fedex.com/gb or http://www.dpd.co.uk/ and enter your tracking number.

9. Will I have to sign for my package?

As we only offer a tracked shipment, you will be asked to sign for your delivery, or else you can opt to have your parcel left in a safe place (with a neighbour, or somewhere within your premises)
